Prof. Dr. Ersan Şen

Ersan Şen has held several academic and administrative positions, including Head of the Department of Public Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University, Head of the Department of Legal Sciences, Member of the Istanbul University Senate, and Member of the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Political Sciences.

He completed his Master’s degree at Marmara University Faculty of Law and obtained his PhD in Public Law at Istanbul University. He was awarded the titles of Associate Professor and Professor in the fields of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law within the Department of Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University. He has held the title of Professor since 2004.

Ersan Şen continues to practice law as a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
